0830: We meet for team breakfast and prayer
1000: The clinic opens for a few hours
1400: We get a call about 50 IDPs arriving close by. We prep and load up for distribution.
1420: We finish loading and roll out
1430: Arrive at front lines and move through the checkpoints with a lot of favor.
1445: Distribution begins to the 50 or so people just arrived from Mosul. Each family is seated together and receives a a box of food and a pack of water.
Aid items weren't the only thing distributed though. We were able to hug many of the women and children and show them joy and love, while meeting their physical needs.
1520: Arrive back at base to unload and unwind.
