An American NGO has just offered us a 40-foot shipping container packed full of medical and surgical supplies—we just need to get it from America to Syria. Shipping costs, taxes, and transportation fees will run us in the neighborhood of $10,000.

This means we get a quarter-million dollars' worth of aid and supplies for just ten grand.
